The Waterton Associates Accounting Team is led by the Chief Financial Officer and consists of two groups, Corporate Accounting and Portfolio Accounting, each headed by a Controller.  The Accounting Team is comprised of twelve experienced and dedicated professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise from a beneficial mix of real estate industry and public accounting experience.  Six of the Accounting Team members are CPA’s; five have Big four public accounting firm experience, primarily in the real estate sector.  The Chief Financial Officer, Controllers, and Managers collectively have over 60 years of real estate industry and public accounting experience.

Our team will...

• Provide timely and accurate financial reports to institutional and individual investors for multifamily residential real estate funds and a diversified real estate fund
• Report performance metrics at the property, investment, fund and firm levels
• Manage cash and investments for all properties and funds managed by Waterton Residential and Waterton Associates
• Perform annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and analyses
• Internal audit of property operations
